White Kitchen with Solid Wood Worktops

A simple, timeless combination: white matt cabinets with solid wood worktops. This L-shaped kitchen for an apartment was designed to feel light and Scandinavian, with the warm wood worktop softening the clean white fronts and matching the wood-effect floor.

The layout uses every centimetre: base units with deep drawers along both walls, wall cabinets taken up to the ceiling for extra storage, and a tall housing unit for the oven and fridge at the end of the run. The wooden worktops were cut on site for the sink and hob and sealed with a food-safe oil to protect them from water and stains.

Wood worktops need a little care, a fresh coat of oil now and then, and in return they can be sanded back and renewed rather than replaced. This kitchen was produced by a partner joinery workshop in our network and priced after a free site visit and measurement.
