Who we are

This website is operated by Cyprus Woodworks. You can contact us about privacy at the email address shown in the footer of this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, WhatsApp or phone number, email address (optional), preferred language, the area of your project, your project description, dimensions, budget range, timeline and any photos you upload. We also record which page you came from and campaign parameters (such as utm_source) to understand which marketing works.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a free site visit and quote. To do that, we share the project details with a joinery workshop in our network that covers your area. Your contact details are shared only with a workshop that has agreed to handle your project.

Legal basis

We process your data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (your quote request) and, for analytics and marketing cookies, on the basis of your consent.

Automated tools

We use software, including AI tools, to help summarise enquiries and draft replies. These tools receive only the project details needed (for example service, area, description, budget and timeline) and never your phone number or email address. A person reviews how enquiries are handled.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your project and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
