What affects the price

Size and layout

Linear metres of base and wall units drive most of the cost. An island or tall larder units add carcasses, panels and often extra plumbing or electrics.

Door and front finish

HPL and laminate fronts are the most economical, lacquered MDF sits in the middle, and real-wood veneer or solid timber fronts cost the most.

Worktops

Laminate and compact worktops are budget-friendly; quartz, porcelain and solid wood cost more and are templated after the units are installed.

Hardware and internal fittings

Soft-close runners, corner carousels, pull-out larders and lift-up wall units add convenience and cost.

Appliances and integration

Integrated appliances need housings and fitting time; the appliances themselves are priced separately.

Site conditions

Uneven walls, relocating plumbing or electrics, or access to upper floors without a lift can affect installation time.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a fitted kitchen cost in Cyprus?

The price depends on the size of the kitchen, the door finish, the worktop and the hardware. Every project is priced after a free site visit and measurement, when you receive an exact written quote. For a first idea, call or WhatsApp us with photos and rough sizes.

How long does it take to make and install a kitchen?

Most kitchens take around 4 to 8 weeks from approved drawings to installation. Lacquered fronts, special veneers and stone or porcelain worktops can add time. The installation itself usually takes a few days. Your craftsman confirms the schedule with the quote.

Which kitchen materials work best in the Cyprus climate?

Moisture-resistant carcasses, well-sealed edges and finishes suited to the room are key. HPL and matt lacquer are hard-wearing for busy kitchens, while oak or walnut veneer adds warmth. Near the coast, quality hinges and runners with good corrosion resistance are worth it.

Can you just replace the doors on my existing kitchen?

Yes. If the carcasses are solid and dry, refacing or respraying the fronts is a cost-effective way to refresh a kitchen. During the free site visit the craftsman checks the condition of the units and tells you honestly whether refacing makes sense.

Do you install kitchens in apartments and rental properties?

Yes. We fit kitchens in new-build apartments, villas, village houses and holiday rentals across Cyprus. For rentals we can recommend durable, easy-to-clean finishes and plan around tenant changeovers.
