Beautiful Iroko Front Door Design

For this Mesogi, Paphos project we crafted a made‑to‑measure wood‑clad security entrance in solid iroko. The brief called for a warm, contemporary look with the substance and feel of real timber. We designed a double‑leaf door set with wide, horizontal iroko boards that run cleanly across both leaves, creating a calm linear rhythm and showcasing the timber’s rich golden‑brown grain. A pair of slim black metal pull handles provides a confident vertical accent and a comfortable grip. The frame and architraves are matched in iroko for a cohesive tone against the home’s sand‑coloured render and terracotta steps. Each component was hand‑sanded and finished in a clear satin exterior coat that protects the wood while keeping the natural colour and figure in focus. The door was installed, aligned and sealed on site for smooth operation and weather protection. As with all Cyprus Woodworks doors, this piece was fully bespoke and measured to the existing opening. Every project is priced after a free site visit and measurement, and a first idea can be given over the phone or WhatsApp.
